COSA project officially begins. Contractual M1. Effective work and team build-up ramps up over the following months as recruiting and onboarding are completed.

The team is in place and starts generating the first project outputs — research papers and dissemination activities. D5.1 — the COSA project website goes live with quarterly updates.
