End-to-end verification of the COSA platform and validation through real-world use cases.

Objectives
- Ensure that the COSA platform fulfils the requirements defined within WP2.
- Verify and validate the use-case applications analysed in T2.3 and integrate them within the COSA platform, according to the technical architecture designed in T2.4.
Description of work
T4.1 – COSA verification and validation (M25–M36)
The verification and validation activity checks that each component meets the design specifications, that all the components operate as a group according to the specified requirements, and that the COSA platform meets the operational needs of the use cases.
T4.2 – Use case implementation and validation (M19–M36)
This task addresses the development of the two project use cases. The first use case targets crop yield prediction and land bonitation, combining soil studies, GIS-based land evaluation and machine-learning models. The second use case targets aerial monitoring of crops and the optimisation of treatments through drone-based precision actions.
Deliverables
- D4.1 — COSA verification and validation report (M36). The report includes the final evaluation of the platform and all its components, the final evaluation of the use cases and recommendations for improving the solution in the post-project period.
